Killed him today on 3/5/14. He dropped fabled rain soaked sandals and he also dropped the Ornate Chain Pant Pattern, which currently isn't listed.

Does he not drop a fabled version of the Shortblade of Lightning? I would love to see something like that...

He also drops the ring of torden for the key quest like the non fabled version.
