Hard. Level 80 zerker, not much in the way of defensive stuff (probably around 30 shielding, 50 avoid, 4 ca/cs), hit me for 4895 max. Reactive j1 merc couldn't even come close to keeping up with heals, I dropped like a nuke-happy wizard.
If you're not an uber, make sure you bring a tank.

This mob is rather easy really..
Took it out with my 84 warrior tanking (4.1k ac, 25k hp buffed), and a bit of healer mercs.
Was never at any risk. Jopal had 526dps on me, and only have about 200k hitpoints.
Should be relatively easy for anyone wanting to get the Fabled Binden Concerrentia
