In the Lair of Terris Thule: Hits for a max ~6,500 and has ~10 million hitpoints; spawns numerous butterfly adds at 75% and 65%. Her AE dispell is cast at 50%. The gargoyles surrounding the lair activate at 35%.
In the Plane of Time: Hits for a maz ~10,500; single-target rampages; spawns four adds every 20% health (for more information about how the event works, see this quest entry).

Also casts Fabled Sieve and Fabled Chain Lightning close to 10 million hps, parsed at 9500000, but I don't think that included pets.
This version of Terris Thule does not have 16 mill~ hp.

Moloed her last night..92 ranger w/ healer merc (86k/ 7kac)...took about 45 mins..straight melee 90% of the fight b/c of her mana sieve (AoE easily resisted most of the time..but she still mana drains like a ****. End of the fight..merc had full mana..I had none. Dropped 2 Fabled Sable Lined cloaks, 1 Fabled Indigo snake bracelet. I went afk during fight 3 times out of boredom. Adds were a joke..HS the gargoyles.

I am suprised no one posted this before but she casts fabled mana sieve. in a 3 min parse she cast it 53 times and maintained 2kdps on a 6200AC max mod 2 tank
Yes, she flurries, which makes her DPS very spiky.
This is a pretty simple fight. This is what I noticed:
1. Rampage - I did not notice any kind of rampage during the encounter.
2. Melee output - At nearly 5k ac buffed, my level 80 WAR was hit for a max of 5.4k (once or twice, non-defensive). Most of her hits were between 2k and 3k, and some lucky 4k hits. She quads, but I did not see any flurry messages.
3. Adds - Gimpy adds spawn at 75%, 65%, and 35%. Their dps/hp were not scaled for the fabled, so they are easily controlled.
4. Dispell - She AEs a mass dispell at 50%. Looks like she'll strip you of 15-20 of your buffs. What my guild did to avoid this was at around 52%, everyone (except the first main tank) exited the room. Once the dispell was cast, the second main tank would take over for the remainder of the fight (she should have full buffs). After that, it's a straight burn.
5. Loots - Dropped 3 fabled items, plus 3 normal items, and some parchments/runes.
I won her neatish cloak. <3 Eternity's End! =)

Max hit ~6.5k. Event is identical to regular Terris Thule in PoNb. Butterflies at 75% and 65%. Mass Dispel at 50%. Gargoyles at ~35%.
