The CH is time based, not % based... so if you don't have fast enough DPS, it is impossible to kill.
He drops three fabled items each kill. We got 2x Fabled Obsidian Plated Pauldrons and a Fabled Hooded Sanguine Mantle. Also drops his normal non-fabled loot.
He also casts Fabled Searing Flames a lot. But its easily resisted.

This mob is somewhat tough, at least in comparison to Fabled Jiva. AoE isnt too much to deal with, but if you lose a certain amount of dps, starts regening like crazy. Went from about 50-80% in a matter of seconds with half our raid still alive.

He regens once during the fight. Don't know if its timed or what, but we had it around 30% when he popped back to 80.
It can regen multiple times during a fight, but if you DPS it fast enough, it won't even regen once.
