Ok, this has got to be the lamest fabled mob in all of EQ EVER! This was my experience:

1. Rampage - He had a single-target rampage which seems to be mitigated. We used an invulnerability hammer paladin as the rampage tank.

2. Untargettable - Sometimes, he will fall through the friggin' rotating floor, making it almost impossible for the rampage tank to tag him. LAME!

3. Melee - At 5k ac buffed, he hit my level 80 war for a max of 5.3k. I didn't notice any flurries.

4. Fear - He seems to cast this stupid ae ever 10 seconds, which makes tanking and specially healing almost friggin' impossible! Stupid dragon! At 665 resists, and with the fear resist AA, I rarely resisted this dumb spell. Makes this even a pain as a tank, and an even more of a pain in the *** if you're healing, and makes you want to smash your head against the keyboard if you're playing two instances of EQ in one computer. LAME!

5. Loot - He drops 3 fabled loot, plus regular junk.

6. Lamest mob ever? - Yeah, I hate this dragon.
We did it! :-)

Since no one has posted true information pertaining to this fight, here is a little insight from other than the initial pull.

He hits for about a max of 5k, and doesn't hit really fast. He single-target rampages and enrages at 9%. Adds seemed to pop at about 75, 50, and 25, though I was too busy healing to get those fully confirmed.

Casts Fabled Glass Roar, an 11 second fear, based off magic resists. Resist calc and any damage unknown, though any damage wasn't siginificant enough to notice. It was resistable, but must be a calc above 550. Also casts Fabled Decay of the Plaguebringer, seems to be disease resist. Was hitting for only around 600 on 650 disease resist toons.

When we attempted this fellow we found him not being on the trapdoor as usual but instead he seemed to have fallen through it and was down in the pit. A daring warrior can aggro him through the trapdoor with Blast of Anger and pull him up though.
Possible bug

During the battle with him, when he fell to about 25%, the whole raid got the bug, which makes it impossible to cast spells (and had to zone or relog to fix it).
A few people in the raid also caught a DoT, named the Fabled Diseasebringers Curse, of which we couldn't discern the source.

If you are planning to visit him, be prepared for possible mishaps, which have little to do with the dragon himself :)
