When he splits, he split into two green-con (to 80) Vallons, two white-con Fabled Vallons, and one red-con fabled Vallon. Predictably, the red con was the real one. The red one depops at about 60% and spawns the next wave. First guy, plus four sets of five, total of 21 Vallons for the event.

This mob does an immediate AE Slow DoT, aprox 70%. He also delevers randomly a 60% Deagro DoT. There are multiple respawns, as he deagroes and pops across room at 60%. Allegedly Radiant Cure #4 will cure these, but have not seen it yet. Upon each despawn he will spawn 4 fake versions of these. These will not bumb rush raid, but do have a wide agro range and hit like an SoB. You will need a good puller to separate each time.
There are a total of 5 spawns in this event. Upon the 3rd spawn, somewhere during the fight, he will spawn 2 low level Ogres that can be easily offtanked and killed. 4th spawn there will pop 4 low level ogres, easy to offtank and kill. 5th spawn there are no adds, and he will burn down.
Strat Used:
Put raid against North West wall, somewhat away from corner (aprox. 30-50ft).
Pull mob single to N/W corner, and don't forget to call engage. Had alot of trouble getting tank to keep agro.
Good luck.. Got two Neck pieces to drop, and one girdle.
If its any consulation, we had people rollin on non-fabled girdle for upgrade, if that tells you what kind of raid you COULD use. But, don't underestimate...he is a biotch.

hit me for 5300 on a lvl 80 war with 21 shielding

Found out the fun way, fake Vallon's hit for up to 3500'ish, real Vallon is Red con to lvl 80,Fakes are white con.

Dropped 2 of these last night. As well as the Fabled Girdle.
