Fabled Epoch Conviction was his favourite spell, in 30 minutes he cast it 24 times. Fabled Plague Seism was second at 12 times. He dealt out nearly 2.8 million damage to me, but most of that was with rez sickness since I could only do rez instead of heals on cleric. Nasty mana drain. Also the AE slow he does really really sucks, but at least rez effects don't hurt, since rez puts you at 90% haste and his spell puts you at 50%.

Odd that the Fabled items Quarm drops are rather basic ones. I think most people were hoping for a Fabled version of his hammer and the click items, updated with Fabled version of the effects of course. Maybe this year....
This guy did cast Despair's Gaze on us and charmed everyone, causing him to regenerate to 100%. Our 2nd attempt we won he didn't cast it thankfully. Also one other Despair's Rage. Our theory is that everytime Quarm loses a head he has a chance to activate 4 different AEs from his set. That theory seemed consistent.

The mass charm is a DPS check, you must kill fast enough or he will just keep doing it.
