This mob now spawns at the top of the Temple/Pyramid to the immediate left if you are facing the ramp to Cazic-Thule. (C on the map below). Any of the Tae Ew mobs can be his placeholder.
I had already killed the diviner once. I killed the spawn directly opposite him, then pulled him to that spot. It worked really well. Although he charmed me (I think) I just stayed where I was until it wore off. He died, i got the bracer.
Diviner vs Me, part II: Same story, killed opposite spawn. Pulled. Aggroed judicator in the templars spot. Best to feign. Charm hits me as I go down. Feign failed... half the throne room aggros. Oh, **** I'm in trouble. Stand waiting to feign again. No aggro. Hmm, strange. Where has everything gone? The diviner, the judicator, the gorrilas, half the lizards in the forecourt have all vanished. I move out to the courtyard. Ahhh, here they are, wondering back from all over (they seem to becoming up out of the well, too). Diviner last. I jumped him, he charmed me, then ran off ! I went after him, and finsihed the job - no problems.
Player A has sent me a tell. "Did you train?"
"Sort of - I don't really know what happened."
Player A. "Oh, could you tell player B that, since he thinks I trained him...."
I talk to player B and assure him that was not intentional (reading these post it could have been worse, since I could have killed (I had 11 levels on him) - worse in the sense can you imagine how annoyed he'd have been if i'd killed by my own charmed hands???) Anyway, he was dead. Fortunately my guild was raiding later and i assured him a rez. More than the Guide would do. "You need to recreate the incident before I'll rez you." he was told. Huh?. The Guide, typically, threw some half-baked nonapplicable excuse the mans way. Something like "it might simplyh ave been charm breaking." Huh? again. Anyway, that's the tale of player B's woe, since nothing much happened to me, cepting I got a mantle and bizarre tale to tell out of it... :/
Sorry player B, once again. This to me, is an example of what's wrong with the Guide's and GM's. Player B mentioned me by name to the Guide yet the guide never contacted me to hear my side of the tale. Not much of an investigation...
wuts the spawn time on this guy? is he in a place where a buncho other lizzys chill so they can aid the diviner as i kick the crap outta him? thanks in advance.
Have a Pally as your main tank, Have the Pally Root themselves and then just tank and stun. Since the enchanter will go after the Pally, even if charmed, the Pally will be stuck in root until charm or root breaks, and I bank on charm breaking first.

Hi im a 33 mage trying to get the mant, first whats the spawn rate on him?? Secondly do you have to be `35 to solo him_ 3rd is it safe t o use your pet? PLz send me an e-mail or an answer here
I was with a group in the throne room the other night when this guy spawned. Someone announced he was there, our tanks (A warrior and a paladin) engaged, and everyone else assisted (shaman, enchanter, wizard, cleric). We took this guy down without a problem. He didn't charm any of us. We're were all in our mid 20's to low 30's.
I have been wondering, first off will this guy be able to charm a lvl 51 druid? And second, if a 51 druid in trying to grab eq off of one of the mobs here will all the others jump in?
Boy after reading these posts I consider myself real lucky. I followed a train with the Diviner to the zone and waited while all but the Diviner left. He had made himself a new pet while in the zone but that didnt worry me. I dotted him with creeping crud then rooted his pet. I managed to get 2 fire DD's off on him and had him down below half when he charmed me and started to run me back to the courtyard. Scared the heck outa me but the Charm broke in like 10 seconds and I high tailed it back outa the zone.
So, I was camping outside the Tae in a group: myself (a rogue), my friend (a cleric), a monk, druid, an enchanter, and a mage. A higher level enchanter friend of mine was pulling for us, so we were fighting constantly and receiving excellent experience. Well, everyone had to log soon, so for the last fight of the night he pulled the Diviner. I, thinking that this was just a higher level lizard warrior, ran up and started to hack away. Boy was I wrong ... I got charmed. Since I had Sow and a crazy haste spell on me, I basically began slaughtering my group. The mage tried to run from me, but unfortunately the AI controlling my character was intelligent enough to use my other combat skills -- in other words, I began backstabbing him for three digit damage! Of course, by now everyone was in mass confusion. I ended up killing the mage and my 40th level enchanter friend before charm wore off, and then I zoned. Not a good way to end the night.
Me and my group where camping the throne room, had been for 3 hours, when the Diviner popped. First thing we heard was from the rogue,, "hey i see an encganters pet", next thing we know he is beating on our Ogre Warrior. Next to go is the Ogre, he gets charmed and beats the hell out the rogue :(. So the rest of us try to zone, unfortunatly for me I get charmed. As the rest of my group has zoned I start to see myself run around the courtyard, and attack the nearest group of players there is. Luckily I didnt kill anyone but it was the funniest thing I have ever seen. I hope never to see it again.
When your groupmember gets charmed, quickly nuke the Div (he's an enchanter, so that means he has terrible HPs) then either mez or root your charmed pal. My group was frantic cause mez didnt wear off the monk in our group and he had an FBSS so he was wiping us out. I used screaming terror to keep him under raps until the mez wore off.
LOL!!! Once when just hangin in the Court Yard beginning to assemble a group, a different group that was trying to hold the Throne Room kept training the whole place. We were in the safe area near the tree, and they trained it again, but this time the Diviner and his pet were part of the train. I told my buddy, 30 Ranger, that we should wait till the train goes back home, and Tae Ew will hang in the Court Yard till last, then we can jump him, and at least grab his Lizzie Mantle. Sure enough, the train went home, and he hung around. I jump out from behind the tree and run tward him. I didn't get 10 feet before he cast some spell that just made me spin in circles. I was powerless. Next he charms my Ranger buddy, and the Ranger proceeded to hack me to bits. I died, he died, was the funniest thing that had ever happend to me in the game to date. I didn't mind the death, we both got a good laugh out of it. Later, our group ruled the Throne Room, and we each got the Lizzie Cloak off his cousin Tae Ew Templar.
Yea, he charms alright. He charmed me and made me attack the fire pet which hurt...i got knocked unconcious from the pet attacking me and me taking the damage shields before they killed it and i was uncharmed heheh
This guy is quite nasty, I had had no idea that he was an enchanter, our group leader got it mixed up with the other one, and by the time we saw the pet it was too late, I a lvl 28 ranger and a heavily twinked 33 ogre warrior proceded to kill off our entire group of casters and healers.
