INCANDECENT WAND.. jeez, whats wrong with U people, the golden rod dropped in upper guk is for the insidious rod of glamour quest, and the silver wand + the pouch of silvery dust ( have to get the wand enchanted- go to a gypsy ( forgot her name ) in RM and give her 50 gold + the wand and she enchants it- = incandecent wand... INSIDIOUS ROD OF GLAMOUR- first, go to the shadowed men in WC and kill them till you get a shining stone.. no drop... second, bring it to RM and HHP and get it enchanted twice (one from each person). Then, get a golden rod from a froglok priest in upper guk. Finally, take the wand, and the glowing stone of glamour to sultin in Temple of soulesk Ro, (dont worry, no eveil NPS that are KOS to annyone here, just quest guys for different classes), and give it to him.. her will give you rod of insidious glamour!! Enchanter only stuff here......

Incandescent wand quest...silvered wand & pouch of silver dust off of dusty werebats in Unrest. There's more to this quest...look it up for your own self!

This wand is also used for the Weeping Wand. Just because you only know of one use for an items doesn't mean that there is just one. Weeping Wand needs a septer of sorrow from MM, bloodblack wand from giant skellies in Rath, silvery wand from CT and a twice woven silk from fairy guards in LFay.
Don't jump on some one because they say something that doesn't agree with what you know, accept the fact that maybe an item has multible uses.

The wand dropped by this mob is also used for the wizards weeping wand quest.

from what i know the silvered guards are around lvl 26-28 and drop a enchanter quest item for the insidous wand. they spawn in the arena shaped area past the court yard. i can probably get you a picture ...
