Ak`Anon Supplier Mark LXXXVIII [ Elite Supplier ]  

So, I'm filling in old spells and I can't buy my tome.
- max ally
- Spy Reports (and 3 prerequisites: Disable the Recycler, Supplies for Spies, A Slave to the Grind)
- all tasks in the achievement: Assisting the Ak'Anon Strike Force V
- all tasks in the achievement: Agent of Ak'Anon Strike Force V

I've no clue which if any of the above are required other than people mentioning Spy Reports. I'll do more things until I get it.

Edit #1 - completed Lost Lumpling since others mentioned they got it afterwards. No luck.

Edit #2 - completed Oil Cans and was able to unlock my Tome.

If I had to make a guess I'd say you need all of 'Initiate of Ak'Anon Stike Force V' achievement, it contains Spy Reports, Lost Lumpling, and Oil Cans. I don't know if anything beyond that is needed.

I read on some forums that the quest Lost Lumpling might be one of the key to unlock their access. As I didn't finished it, I can't confirm on my side.

so does anyone know how to get oppt3? i have rk2 would be nice to have 3 any info would help have done full mmm clear full steamfactory octa and full crystallos

have done octa, all of steam factory, killed meldrath, kerafymn, have my face aug, am max ally with strike force 5 and ladies of light, and still no option for opt strike 3, it must be a specific quest to trigger it

this guy doesnt have anything to sell originating from himself like other npc's at amiable but does sell stuff players have sold to him so still worth cking from time to time like any other npc merchant.
