never seen him on top, seen him spawn 1 level below tech. masterwork multiple times, right at the base of the ramp, with 4 mobs lined up near him.. loc was -250 , 0, 352.

this guy spawns at the very top of the tower, theres a sort of stage as soon as you get to the top of the ramp to the south, slightly east. he pops on there. same type of hits as any other named here.
