Mino room where Larth appears, north of elevator room - spawned today beside door nearest elevator.
Saw this guy on track and went to go kill him. Went into the basement via the Steam Factory entrance to MMM, got to the hallway outside where he's marked on the map posted here in Alla's, and he wasn't in that room. In fact, he was not in the basement at all. So apparently he has multiple spawn locations.
