Trio doesnt always drop an item.
Rune of Draconic Loyalty also drops from the trio in Crystallos.

Torch of Eternal Servitude drops from the trio in Crystallos. This is drop is ultra rare.
"The trio" are 3 agro linked mobs, a primatic champion, a prismatic evoker and a prismatic lifebringer. The champion and evoker can drop a loot item. Items from this linked set of mobs are not random zone wide drops.
