I had Heartshot Rk. II land on him, which robots don't have land on them. He ran, which robots don't do. Gnomes run when low on health. He also dropped Exquisite Silk, which as I understand it robots don't do. I think he is really a gnome in disquise, or Sony flagged him wrong.
