I found him up with an eye in the NE wing, past the jailor area. He was the wandering up and down the ramps in the pit itself.

hey instead of saying cone on guys .. why dont you try and get a group together and go find out that information yourself? perhaps you could be an asset to this site and provide some useful information instead of complaining that no one has put that information here yet.
