I've never hunted Permafrost, but it appears that I'm going to have to now that I need this darn stone.

Can anyone tell me which room on the EQatlas map these guys are most commonly found in? I'm planning on just getting in and then getting out with the stone.

Just killed one while camping the Goblin Preacher room, spawned in of the spots next to the Preacher PH.

They may be for other stuff also. But the unholy coldstones are part of the iksar monk shackle of bronze quest. They have to collect 10 different "stones" for an iksar masters rock gardern. This is the only one that isn't gotten on Kunark.

Actually you also have to forage a plains pebble from the Karanas for the quest. =)

Anyways, do you think a lvl 25 monk could kill the priests solo? I need my coldstone.

if u had read u need 10 stones for this quest not just the plains pebble u need plains pebble goblin permafrost drop and 8 others

You're never going to finish a fight in perma with a low/mid 20s group if you don't give priests priority. They're clerics, not shamen, which means they have a big heal which will keep themselves and their fellow goblins alive.
