You can do more. You can say escort, drop quest, get another slave to follow, etc. You can have an army of 4 slaves who follows you and assist you for free dps.
The xp you gain is still off only 1 quest even if you get all 4 in.
Do be considerate, if there are others who are doing it don't hog em all.

An iksar slave peers up at you. His face is covered with grime and he shows scars from goblin whips. He shakes his head and goes back to his thoughts.
You say, 'Are you Veltar?'
An iksar slave says, 'It has been a long time since I have been asked that. I am Digalis, mystic of Cabilis.'
He plays a part in the Shackle of Steel monk quest.

You can hail him or simply say "Escort" to him and he will follow. Lead him back to the camp, and over by the bridge area. This is some of the best exp in the zone. You can repeat these runs as many times as you want. I do them up to around 14th level.
A trick I use is: Get all the quests at one time, then go hunting. Don't finish them just yet. Get up around 13th or 14th level, then finish them. This gives you a nice boost up in exp for level 15.
