Arch Summoner Vratizosh  

Was camping the tents near Commander Z and this guy spawned for us, killed him and he dropped the shissar hide cloak. Same respawn cycle he spawned a second time (right after we had killed him) killed him again and another shissar hide cloak. He isn't too hard, if you can make it to his camp and hold it you'll have no problems with this guy. His drop is kind of cheap considering how hard it is to get to and hold this camp. 2 See Invis mobs guarding the ramp up to the middle of the building with the tents in the bottom. I split them with necro and then moved group in to the SW corner of the bottom area with tents. From there we had 2 single pull's, and then the second tent is where there are 3 mobs that have to be split and they are the PH's for this guy. Necro was able to split but it was a bit difficult with the lack of room. Good Luck with this camp.
