This hill giant is a pirate living in the Ocean of Tears. He can drop the toes of any kind of Giant, as well as pretty good coin loot, an average 6 to 8 pp.

He also drops level 29 and 34 research items.

This guy will drop every type of 'Giant Toe' required for Mage focus item quests. I've gotten Fire Giant Toes, Frost Giant Toes, and Hill Giant Toes off him myself, and I hear he'll drop the cyclops toes as well. If you need to finish up the focus item quests, see if anyone in OOT is camping gornit, and they will (often) give you his toes for free.
