He doesn't hit hard -- with melee. Max hit I saw on an 85 monk with 1350 AC was only 1142. The problem is his -permanent- AoE 6k/tick dot. Shielding helps but that's still a lot to deal with. Was unable to molo it at 85, but if I had just one more char/merc combo I probably could have done it, got him down to ~50%ish

After trying several times to run this event (first time not enough people, second time got Fabled Ward of Death unexpectedly and ran out of time), we finally got a normal event with enough people. We ran right through the Ward of Death, waited for the Ward of Life to be targetable then smushed that. Then, however, the floor never opened or became clickable - any suggestions? Think it's bugged? It seemed that we did everything right.

Tried the event again today.
This time, non-fabled Ward of Death.
Fabled Ward of life. Ton of hps. We got it down to 90% health, before it poofed (spiritists finished their spell, I guess).
Trapdoor in the floor opened, but nothing in the room beyond. No mobs, no vah shir, no grimlings, no nothing.
So, another failure due to bugged event.
This event hates me.

This script has always been really buggy, since not many people raided it when it back in teh day, they never really fixed it. Half the time if you do everything right, you still fail at some point in teh script.
We did do it successfully the other night, we got normal warders, and then got fabled Sha to pop, and pwned it, so i know it can work. Since then tho, we have tried 2-3 times, and keep failling on warder of life, since it never wants to pop..
