Everytime I go there all I see are these monsters, but some are very sly with what they do. It may look like they are selling stuff but its an undercover drug bust. They try to capture people buying or selling pixie dust, which is a EQ offense. You could face a fine of up to 1 silver and be forced to go to your bind point. So next time you see one of these monsters, remember, there ugly.
