These and a bunch of other goblins are all over the far eastern island in the center. From zone in you basically go east, then keep going east, then go east some more. Past the first island which is in the dead center of the zone, to the next island where the gobbo's are. I like to pull the reavers from the cave toward the eastern shore of the island, loc -125, 3800. They are headshot fun, my 79 ranger was headshotting them right and left with level 11 rank in headshot. Have fun :)

These drop all 4 Relics (Chipped, Crumbled, Eroded and scratched)

Also dropped Combine stone
