In order to find these you enter the zone and go out of the caves into the desert like area. Then you go to one of the top of the pyramids to a teleport pad that takes you into the pyramid. The glowing scarabs are located throughout the various rooms that also contain the efreetis

Where do these things spawn? I can not locate Gorillas in this zone either.
