I've been clearing the whole boat for an hour and only killed one reaver. Pretty annoying considering it's a requisite for the level 75 hot zone quest when The Buried Sea is in the rotation, so it's a pretty slow quest, if you compare it to the Jewel of Atiiki one that takes about 5 minutes to complete. Good luck to you if you hunt these.

a Sunstone reaver works as well for the daily quest, and there are plenty of them on the eastern island!
