I ran into one of these yesterday on the Rathe server walking between the huts like he belonged, took him down in one hit..he dropped small sack of Ogre baubles. I can't find it in the item list so will upload a pic of it when I can.

warrior is the subject. the definite article "a" addresses the subject. orc is an adjective that describes the warrior. an orc warrior =easy kill at 14-16. a orc warrior = death at 14-16 : behold the power of proper grammar

me again.... I've been in Oasis hunting orc warriors and regularly take out ones that con yellow and black without any difficulty whatsoever (lvl 15 wiz- non-twinked). Last night a preist came by alone and conned blue so I figure what the hell... shock of lightning... he heals himself... shock of lightning... he heals himself... all of a sudden 3 orc warriors come outta no where and start lynching my @$$.... orc preist casts smite... you get hit for 74 pts... you have been slain by orc preist... these guys suck ***... dont mess withem unless your in a group.... cant wait to hit lvl 25... gonna commit orcacide on a previously never imagined level.... hehehe....

I was in oasis today i have a level 12 rogue and a friend told me to go to the gypsies and on my way a orc priest attacked me it conned yellow to me wich was about right i can only pierce for a wimpy 11 i killed it in just like 5 hits i dont know why but it must have been a mess up

Strategy for shield wielders (paladins and others)

My bash is over 80 now, and my 1hs as well. My sword is 10dam/29delay, and any shield will do for this strategy. Orc Priests are the EASIEST things to solo in ALL of Oasis for Paladins... here's why. Oh, and dont Flash of Light a Priest to pull him, he'll cast on you before you figure out that hes not gonna chase you till he hurts you first. Pull them by slashing then bashing them then run, so they have small time to cast since they're stunned by your shield. I solo these easy. So...., i hit for 20, he hits me for 1, hit him for 16, hits me for 22, "An orc starts to cast a spell", I bash him for 5, "an orcs spell has been interrupted" (he is stunned, his chance to heal himself as well as hurting me a LOT was interrupted)... and this pattern keeps going till he's dead. When fighting these in Oasis, kill the Orc Priest first, I often tell group that I will solo priest as we only pull red Orc Warriors, and need as much firepower on those warriors. On the average, a blue conning Orc Priest to my lvl 17 will hit me (not from magic, as my bash is high enough to interrupt all his heals and "you have been struck by brute force") for about 3hp for a whole battle!!! No joke. I've proven it on several groups I play with on Oasis, but the most I get is "not bad"... but I wasted to mana, almost no hp, and got exp, an item, and some gold. The main point I forgot to say is to hold on the bashing until you see on the chat window "An Orc Priests starts to cast a spell", as soon as you see that BASH!, and if your bash skill is high enough it wont miss so much and will interrupt him as well as hurt him and stun him.

if you pull a(or an) orc warrior and get one of these guys as a extra you need to make sure you take him out first, he will sit back and heal the other orc. He can make the orc seem alot more powerful then he really is

I was camping orc camp in oasis with a real nice group when 2 spawn at once. since I am 12 enchanter I decided to charm it. the war that aslo spaned came when I pulled it and I siced oracle on it and it helped my group kill it then it BUFFED ME and HEALED ME. definetly best pet i had so far beside shammie dervs

In a group with a lvl 18 monk, and myself (lvl 17 Warrior), we found an Orc Priest wandering the Orc highway in the Oasis. He conned blue to both of us. I must have seen 6 or 7 smites go off in the first minute of the battle, and not once during the entire fight did our double attacking/dual weilding/kick/tiger claw interrupt the spells. There was no casting delay! Some sort of insta-spell or something. These guys just ain't worth the down time they cause, especially when we could have just fought a blue An Orc Warrior, and gotten the same exp.

not true I'm a 16 nec and i always interuupt
his spells starting at lvl 14 when i started
killin these things .
but if youre in a group killing a orc warr
and a preist shows up fear it or you will be killing that warr our hours.

These things are tough to kill by any melee class because they regen their hp. They also seem to have unlimited mana, I fought one for nearly 10min w/ my lvl 18 monk and should have killed him 5 times over. You need a group to take these guys out, and you need to hit them hard and fast.

I disagree, I've been soloing these priests since level 16 and while they certainly don't fall dead at my feet instantly, I've never been killed by one. You guys must have been doing something wrong, because when I group up, these priests die in a matter of seconds.

they do have limits after fighting one for a while the priest started retreat adn didnt heal or try to cast on me he casted about 5 times on me and 3 heals but then no more
