Anyone have any idea where this guy spawns? I ve searched the Barren Coast from one end to the other and have no clue.
the caves on the far north end of the zone i believe. you may want to check and see if your map is up to date because i know that when i first mapped that zone i did not see that the cave went back further than i first saw and missed some parts of the cave.

Once you get inside the water cove cave.
You will see a bunch of pirate swabbies, kill them all.
Once that's done, go behind the north barricade wall. On the north side is a small tunnel entrance. Go inside, and i believe to the left tunnel branch leads to another area, that is where the Swashbucklers are.

I'm level 66 and saw a level 112 or something like that outside of the cave so I figured "oh that can't be the place"
I eventually decided to check behind him so I turned invis and checked and sure enough, that's the place.
I pulled 3 mobs bucklers and one randomly walking by also joined. I BARELY killed two of them and then used levant to leave before dying.
they are blue to me and I haven't played in a while so I figured it wouldnt be that bad, I thought. Welp, time to invis and go back two more times to get the 3 kills needed.
