Dorn B`Dynn  

Ok I hailed Dorn and he responded. I told him Zimbittle sent me and he asked for the password which is Mukk. He gave me a letter to give to Kragia of Da Bashers in Grubb. Kragia is the warrior trainer in Brubb. I am a 20 necro with indifferent con. He just took the note and nothing. Can someone try with a warrior troll type and see what happens.

gimme a break, my 16 necro wasted him, with life tap spells , darkness , and fear, he was easy, got the dirk on first try! On a side note though, my 14 druid kites him well, ran outa mana just before he is almost dead. which then i proceed to get my butt kicked, lol. but at that point running away is not a problem with SoW on. tried it out when he conned yellow and couldn't take him down. Then i tried it when he was black and handled him no problem. anyway, i've blabbered enough. cya

This guy is a HUGE under con! a level 24 ranger had trouble with him (he told me at least) and he coned blue to me around level 15! just a warning hope it helps

Trying to get exp in a very crowded zone, my group and I (lvls 10-14) decided to camp Derv 1 and get some higher level person to rid us of Dorn. Well first of all let me tell you this is not going to work because he pops every 15 minutes.

First person to take us up on the offer was a level 25 rogue. Now I know he couldn't get any backstabs in soloing Dorn, but he still took quite a beating considering Dorn was green to him. I was chain casting lv 9 heals on him to keep his health up...was still just over 1/3 health by the end of the battle.

Second time Dorn popped we had a lvl 39 druid helping us out. He kited Dorn around without too much trouble, but said he was resisting a lot of his spells, so it took extra long.

Then he popped again right away but the druid was still there, luckily this time it was the imposter and the druid took him down easy. Then when he popped again, someone in my group pulled agro, don't know how, but I ran my butt to the zone and lived.

I really don't know what the point is of these undercons, monsters should be designed so that people who can kill them (not twinks either) can get exp from them.

Hail, well my mage was wanting a Dragoon Dirk for some time so i thought i would camp Dorn. faster and more definint than D'Vinn. got my best pet 'cause i've heard what he can do. well first time a pulled him (pet was fully buffed) he went down in about 1 min. Sunk 2 DD spells into him and healed my pet once. killed the bugger 3 times and no dirk. But he layed waste to me everyother time i pulled him. all the while he was blue or green to me (20 mage). Good Luck if your going to kill him and make sure to be at your best, if your not HE WILL KILL YOU VERY FAST.

P.S. third time i killed him he was about to run cause he turned to run then came back at me and asted me.

i am a lvl 30 wariror i suppose u can say i am twinked i sport about 20 in gear from my cobalt arms to my wurrmy,,,but i have killed dorn like 15 times i even sat down one day and camped him.I have only looted the dirk 1 time and that was b/c i was running by to oasis to look for a SG group then this guy was yelling for help i happened to be there so i went to help i quickly drop DORN like a bad habit...the guy thanked me and left i thought what the heck i will see what he has this time when i looted i found a dirk i was kinda happy...i think his droping it has something to do with your lvl b/c the person i saved was only lvl 18 i think so he was in trouble but ever other time i have killed him never has droped it i dont know just a theory...GOOD LUCK to all who attempt him =)

If you talk to him and say something likr "I wish to attend to business" he replies "who sent you?".
Is this related to any quest? Does someone send you to dorn and if so who? Or is this just some leftover from a quest that has been removed?
Please tell me if it means anything.

use dot spells, he doent resist them. I tried direct damge, snare root and stuff, only DOT worked every time. I just kited and killed him. He has 500HP, and dropped the dirk the fifth time I killed him

I am a level 20 WAR and a TWINK but anyway I have almost 1000hp with my armor ...any ways I also have Ice tooths claws and a SSoY and this guy was a SINCH I smacked him around for a bit and the little bugger went down......But it serves him for agroing on me

If you think dorn is a big undercon, try to attack frankel the pirate by the docks. Hes only lvl 30+ and hits for 160, and backstabs!!

Last night we (15 Wizzy, 13 Warrior, 16 Druid Kiled Dorn 3 times had majoir damage to tank but got the dagger.

I EASILY took him as a lvl 29 war, but I have only seen one form of Dorn, the big undercon, he looks like a darkelf with banded on and he hits for about 30 for a lower lvl, like 1 to me, BWA HAHAHAHA but I took him down like 2 secs with my wurmmy and ssoy, only hard part was chasing the little bugga.

this guy hits hard and he has a very wide aggro range. he aggroed me, at level 12 and easily raped, at about the middle of the hill in front of derv one. luckily a big burly barbarian was there to open up a can... btw does anyone still have a "can of whoopass" from the gm event? i want one.
