ive looked in all loc provided and all directions and he is in none. the everfrost one that is. Dont know where those LOC's came from. no mob ne where near them.

You can still get the stocking. Just say "stocking" to the Helper in PoK. Did it today!

You can still get a stocking. Do one of the current tasks and then say 'stocking' to the Helper and you will get a stocking. Once you do all of the current tasks and hand you stocking to the Helper for the upgrades you should end up with a 10 slot, 100% wr bag.
Too late. Already missed this part. If you don't have a stocking already, prolly won't get one till next year. =/

I have see invis on and tracking and have gone to the locations and I cannot find him at loc +2980 -1690. Any ideas?

he is West from NPC Starn (spell merchant). he's in an alcove all by his lonesome.
from pok book turn right and head down the path toward LDoN camp, once you hit the open turn left and follow wall till you come to the alcove, he's all the way in the back.
