What faction is he on, I am a 44, HE, tunare, chanter, who need to turn in the coin, for the tashania quest, and Im afraid that I cant raise my faction to higher than indiff?. Is there a quest I can do to raise my faction ?

and I still only get up to aprehensive...
I know its dangerous, and it works for the entire faction, I have to get into neriak, Benev someone of every faction, get the thing and get back...
if I die, so be it... If i'm required to... be hated back home, ill do it...
heres what its like for me...
DE illusion: Threatening
Benev: Apprehensive
so if I can chain cast Benev on every member of every faction here, i can make it...
This is, BY FAR, the hardest part of the quest for me...
So, my advice, go to CB, go on a killing spree of Elven slaves before you try... then, when done, go on a killing spree of orcs, regain faction

worse /con in Neriak was dubious to guards,
Mizr N`Mar was Indifferent to me as was merchant next to him with spells, could buy spells and the rune easy.
Maybe the rest of you Tunare chanters spent a lil too much time in Crushbone...thus ruining your faction in Neriak.

Ok, I'm an agnostic high elven enchanter. If I do illuison dark elf and invis can i do this?

since im a high elf enchanter i buy my enchant spells in felwithe and get better deal since i have high faction and charisma.

Hi, I am a High Elf enchanter with Tunare as my god. The people of Neriak frown upon my race and the god I have chosen to praise. I know about DE illusion and the fact that it doesnt hide your religon. I am sure I can get to him invised.. but my question is will I ever be able to hand in my item (coin) so that i may finish my quest.. ie is he beta nuetral and all alone? Or will I be forced to take an army down there and clear out the library and charm his funky but? All help will be much appreciated.. thank you ever so much.
In Minor Illusion form, you should be able to do the quest. Minor Illusion has no regard for race, gender, religion, or anything else, it is simply indifferent. The trick is to get the spell cast before they aggro you, but in range of the NPC.
If you can get a level 4+ DE Enchanter or at least, someone who is not KOS that can cast invis to go with you, time it so you start handing in the items at the same time that their invis should land. If they are sufficiently high enough that the invis will actually work, then you stand a good chance of being able to get the rune.
One other possibility is to have a friend create a mule character. The mule goes and turns in the gold for the rune, you escort him/her to the Temple (after getting all the other quest items). The mule turns in the rune first, immediately followed by you and the rest of the quest items. This way, YOU get the reward. This is called multiquesting; several people get part of the quest items and the person to receive the reward turns his/hers in last.

So, you can't multiquest, you can't invis, you can't use DE form for that matter! You know what you CAN use? WOLF FORM. That was religion doesn't matter, race doesn't matter - nuttin! You will be indifferent to ALL! It's a great thing being friends with a druid!

Yea sure wolf form except neriak is an INDOORS zone and even if it wasn't, not a lot of druids who would follow you in there. BTW wolf form and all illusions DO NOT mask religion, they simply raise your faction to certain creatures (and lower it with others) so if you have a deity you still get a faction boost just not necessarily enough to not be KOS.

Actually you can multiquest this. I've done it. I use my halfling druid to get all the parts except the rune which is purchased from this dark elf. I create a dark elf mule on my second account and walk her out to Nektulos forest. I then give her the coins needed to buy the rune and sow her to speed this up a little and buff her. Then I walk her back inside to buy the rune in Neriak, and walk her out to my druid.
Now I group them, port them to lavastorm, camo her, walk her into the temple of Sol Ro and park her next to the quest NPC. Then I walk the druid inside the temple. The mule turns in her rune, then the druid turns in everything else.
Bingo.

Mizr N`Mar is an important part of the Enchanter quest originating from the Temple of Solusek Ro, to get the Incandescent Mask (+7 CHA, +5 INT, ENC only). You need to give him 50 gold, and he'll give you one of the Runes of Fortune in return.
Also, I believe he is of Beta-Neutral faction.
