Exceedingly rare spawn.

This guy is unfathomably rare. Have heard tales of 16hr nightmare camps seeing only 1 spawn and after all that dropping the belt.

If you do the math on the camp that's disgraceful.

3 spawns with roughly 20 minute timers. That's 9 chances per hour.

I have personally been sitting here for 6 hours now and he hasn't shown himself for me yet.

His spawn is marked on the mapfiend.net map for this zone.

He spawns in a room off an upper balcony in the middle NE side of the zone. He spawns in the north room. The room has 3 spawns. The map shows his spawn as on the north side of the north room. Every time I've seen him he spawned on the south side of the north room. But close enough...

Set up at the top of the ramp just outside his room. Your group can IVU there. This ramp has one wanderer, on a 25-minute timer. He wanders up the ramp and along the balcony, visiting each of the two rooms. Like all FC wanderers, he stops for a minute at more than one spot and there appears to be some randomness to his movements. I suggest just kill him when he starts down the ramp and time his respawns carefully.

Once he's dead you have to clear the 3 statics on the balcony. Two are close together right on the edge of the balcony closest to your camp spot. They need to be split unless your group is capable of off-tanking. Nothing mezzes in this zone. Pacify in all its forms doesn't seem to work either. Can't speak for bard songs. I've seen bards in camps here so maybe they're capable of singling with a pacify song. The balcony is kinda small. What I do is IVU, run to the far end and snare one of the two-spawn. Yeah, there's a third pop there so expect to take a bit of a pounding. Then I evac or CoH to clear my aggro. It's tricky since you need to get enough distance between the two-pair so you can tag one without getting the other. A reasonable suggestion here is to put down a campfire and promptly evac in case of disaster. It sure beats wipeouts and long CRs.

Assuming you've split the pair, you should then be able to single the 3 spawns on the balcony. Then you have to deal with the 3 in the first room. Again this comes down to splitting.... two or even three will come initially. You can use snare/CoH/evac or some type of FD. I leave this to you. I do advise that whoever's pulling be sure to exit that room on the FAR side of the entrance and make sure your group is tightly in the corner. If the mobs follow the puller and emerge from the CLOSE side of the entrance they very well could aggro onto the group.

Once you've cleared the room, if time permits, you could clear the 2nd room for XP and faction. I know of NO named who spawns in that room. I wouldn't advise pulling from below. That area is closely packed and z-axis aggro can be buggy. Note also that on occasion a static will get stuck in its spawn spot and just NOT follow. I've seen that with a mob on the balcony and also one in a room. This is bad news. The puller has to clear aggro and quick. If not, the mob retains aggro and will share it with any wanderers and eventually your group will get trained.

The Rallosian, like most lesser nameds in this zone, isn't particularly tough. If your group can handle the trash, it can handle him.

PS Note that there is some variability and/or linkage to spawns in this area. What I mean is that even though the wanderer respawns consistently in 25-26 minutes, the room spawns have much more randomness to their timer. This is why I don't suggest camping the room after clearing it. I tried this once and even though I had several minutes between when I killed the individual mobs (of necessity since I loathe 2-pulls in this zone) I had two mobs repop almost simultaneously. This could ONLY be because of some kind of timer relation between mobs in the same room, i.e. whatever time they die, they tend to repop at the same time. Much safer to camp the ramp, which I know to have only one easily-timed wanderer, than to risk sitting in the room.

the variation on spawn times seems to be based on how many people in the zone , the more there are , the longer the respawn time . spawn times seem to range from 24 minutes (with my 4 toons in zone) to alomst 30 minutes with 3 or more groups in zone

Rather rare, only made up for by the fact he has 3 PH's in the same room so that helps speed things up faster.

Also, I got Wraithguard Leadership faction from killing him yesterday, no one else in group got it that they saw and I was the only one of us over dubious (warmly at the time).
