I'm not sure about the Queen faction, But I'm sure he he on The Dead Faction. I've done the wine quest until I was ally with merchants and guards, and had to sneak by him everytime until recently I just got upto Dubious with him. REALLY proud of that and I'm dubious to all other npc's on The Dead faction now as well.

I can confirm this. I've been doing a faction project with my enchanter and have been working on The Dead faction. Each time the necros changed in faction with me, so to did he. I'm pretty sure he's a shadowknight, too, as I've snuck into Neriak with my druid and resisted his puny harm touch =P

I am amiably to all other guards and still threatingly to this guy! Have given at least 700 wine just to see if it do anything and still nada. How the heck do get faction up with him?!!

What faction is this guy on? He's dubious to my enchanter even with Illusion: Dark Elf; the rest of Neriak (that I've encountered, anyway) is indifferent.

Beware, this guy sees through invis. Took down my level 36 enchanter in less than 10 seconds with illusion dark elf and invis.
he didnt see me while invis...someone may have cast see invis on him tho 8)

No he definately does not see through invis. he is kos for me and i run by him all the time as an ogre shammie, when i can get someone to invis me at least--and if it does not friggin fade while i am passing him. It has a couple of times and he whomps on me good. :(
