DPS to 76% back off...
Dodge slimes they aoe a 15k nuke
He'll regin to about 77, dps him again get him to 75 and wait. He will then become active at 74% and start spawning adds, some red some blue some yellow. Can mezz some can charm the blues can kite all if you need to.
At 50% oozes will spawn again and drakes depop, again he'll regin up, then you dps then he'll go inactive. He always does this pattern every 25%.
Again when he's active adds will spawn. Kite/CC adds, and DPS sothgar again. at 26% burn him down. Iirc you get oozes during this part of the event when he's live as well as the drakes. That's why you go all out at 25% when he's active again..
Also he has a frontal and rear aoe like a 7.5k nuke so have your mellee dps him from the side, and postition sothgar away from the raid at all times.

position your casters on the west wall of the room(the direction of the ramp up), this way they avoid getting hit from sothgar ae. also, when ever he drops 25%, let everyone, including melee (besidies for the main tank) come back to where the casters are, and huge the right wall.
also, really helpful thing is spell shielding for this fight, nearly every time no matter where your positioned, you will get hit by ooze's. you can get it so that ooze ae only hits for 10k.
