If solo just break the block of ice under each royal and kil the, They will respawn and fall down. One won't so once they all respawn, kill the one up top, drop down, kill the other 3, and the restrained icemass unlocks.
Life needs more cowbell.

killed 4 corners , royal guardians, still cant attack this guy. Seems bugged. Not that DBG cares about older content

there are 4 mobs, one in each corner of the maze. Kill them all nearly simultaneously and it will activate this guy in the middle of the maze
