His /loc is 272, -399,-290 im standing on his spawn spot with him from elev. take left then 1st right him and 1 gobby in that cubby a few overseers roam in there also
Well, we killed PH once every 25 mins for 7 hours today, he showed once, no shoulders. Thanks yet again SOE.....

Can anyone possibly reconfirm as to where this guy spawns... I have been clearing the area if you go left from elevator (facing away from elevator) then the first cave on the right that is a deadend, there is 2 spawns in the cave, 1 right next to the crystal (which can spawn as an orc or goblin), and another in the hall, and 2 more roamers that roam in and out of the cave. Is that the right area? spent like 10 hours here so far and not 1 named cept for the roamer Overseeker Rislocha. Any info on this? thanks!

is the one in the hall not the one at end next to crystal.
can anyone confirm power sources still drop here? didnt drop any today or was it adjusted in recent patch ( was patch note message about adjusting the rate of drops)

Had a chain powersource drop, took a couple kills to see one though
Got the range item again and
Spawns 1st right side tunnel going left from the elevator.
Only hit my warrior 2 times each fight for about 1k max, Rumos was to bussy casting.

Dropped Rumos' Resiliant Spaulders today, 2006-10-15. Was casting Druid spells.

Spawn point was appx +252, -436, -291. Looked like a Druid NPC by the by the spells it was casting.
Definitely a druid, was casting Sylvan Embers and Engorging Roots.
