How often does he spawn? I accidentally killed him and am still waiting around for him to spawn again.

i accidently hit him with an aoe, and he attacked, so i killed him. gave me negative faction to Circle of the Crystalwing, whatever that is.

Shrynn (loc +1740, +2890) wants the you to kill the three harpies guarding him before he will take the sword from you and give you the 'dromrek worry stone' which is the item you turn in to Librarian Hemfar. Would be a good idea to bring friends if you are lvl 55 or under. When I went there one of the 3 harpy guards was see invis., and they seemed to help each other so had all three aggro at once. This is the only turn in up to this point that requires a subquest. The rest of the items are just /open and loot. The one by the potameids (Cracked Waterspring Scepter) and the one by the undead (Oread's Willow Whipvine) both have KoS mobs that add alot tho....so they require some clearing to get to the drop.
Rogue shroud is your friend for undead kos mobs...

He is in NW corner of zone.
This guy is on a small outcrop of rock in the northeast corner of zone. He is surrounded by about 3 harpies and will not speak to you until they are killed.
He gives the "A Fair Trade Quest". To summarize, you have to kill various dromrek gaints (the ones over by the Steppes zone-in) until one drops "Drakkin Youngling Sword" (lore, notrade, quest item, no stats). Then give this to Shrynn and he gives you "Dromrek Worry Stone", which is a turn-in item for the Charm of Lore quest given by Librarian Hemfar in Crescent Reach.
