found spawn time to be 25 min, sat through 11 PHs with named spawning the 12th time, and he dropped the neck...13th time was PH. 14 was Snapjaw and dropped neck again, 15-18 PH, 19 dropped neck, 20 PH, 21st kill and i got my sword.

I'll start by saying this camp is a pain. However, I think any proper geared 75+ with a merc can solo it with perhaps a few small problems if none if they camp up on the wall and watch the pathing before making the pull. I camped him for 3 days getting him to spawn 11 times in about 12 hours of playtime so average is about 1 per hour. He seemed to spawn back to back a few times and then after i seemed to get placeholders back to back. He hit for about 1300 max hit but attacked quite fast. From the 11 kills i got 10 necklaces and 1 sword. I'd still recommend camping him but if you have the platinum and want the sword without putting the time in drop it down. The sword is excellent from 58-70 and like a previous post states it's only Magic and Lore so it's not attunable and it's tradable even when you are finished with it although i think i will be holding onto mine forever for various alts. The mob is also still bugged and if it or the placeholder is pulled it will not return to it's original spawn point so if he is not up when you arrive at the camp and don't pop in 30 minutes there is a problem. Good hunting!

Got him today. Just have to get the 1 PH next to the chest. PH does not roam like the other crocks. If he is not there it means someone pulled him to another part of the zone an dropped agro with evac, FD, fade, etc. If PH is not next to the chest get a tracker. I found the PH once way down by the click door to the locked area just standing there.

So far 5 named, 5 necks .. whoever got 4 out of 10 spawn beat the odds.

Did they remove this mob from the game? On Drinal he hasn't been at his spawn point in a couple of weeks. I know that if he gets pulled he does not path back to his spawn point. We killed all of the mobs with that name in that area and the PH/named never spawned.

spawns pretty often, well 1 in 3 a 4, he only have 1 placeholder, thats the - a savage caiman- sitting next to the chest in the caiman cave at loc -230 , -1079 , - 342
Now there is a bug with that particular placeholder/Named, if u pull it from its spot, it not walk back, but just will sit where ever it was when u loose agro over it, means, if someone pulled it accidently away, and succored, or ran to zone fast, it wont be at its spawn spot, and wont walk back to it

out of 10 kills, i got sword 4 times and neck 6 times or so

The name of the item is quite useful when submitting an item as a drop, but I figured out what you were talking about.
