I got the AUG after 4 spawn of the PH. The agil Opressor spawned always at the same spot, he spanwed 4 times in a row. Camped about 1hour.
the Aug is prestige item.

I think this is one of those mobs that when there's a patch, they forget to put certain loots back on. I spent 6 hours here today and not once did he drop anything good.

Camped him today with my 85 rogue 1200 aa. The first hour he only spawned once and dropped the belt. Then the next hour he spawned 3 times in a row 2 belts, 1 aug. Thank you argil. Easily solo just got to watch for the 3 drakes that fly by cause they will aggro.

I went to farm the aug for my Ranger. Got to the zone, named was up and aug dropped on the first named!! I gues this makes up for the 4 days of farming in Keasora Library. :)

8 hours, 15 minutes...... 7:00 PM to 3:15 AM. That's a lot of PH'rs. About 17 or 18 of them.

I'm just glad he dropped the aug. So, the spawn is not nerfed. It's just a freaking rare spawn.

This mob and his placeholders are considered "summoned" mobs, therefore spell effects such as the druid line of spells "Direct Damage - Summoned" will work on it.

I'm fairly sure the SK collar is the common drop. Killed it 3 times now and has had the collar every time.

Got him after one spawn cycle, dropped the aug, gated out. That was a fun 25 minute camp. Off to FC!

Camped it for about 8 hours last night.. never spawned. verified i was in the right spot with a few guild warriors. I did spawn another named in the room a few times.

Also boxed this with my SOF+ raid geared 85 rogue and lvl 83 grp shaman and it was cake. I would jsut kill all 3 roamin drakes at the same time w/o issue.

** jsut a note. the camp is on the west wing for those of us unfamiliar with the zone and the spawn timer is aproxx 24 minutes.

Also there is a ton of see invis in this zone if you werent aware, including the drakes. drakes have a slightly larger aggro zone than most mobs but the golem/statue type mobs have very small aggro radius - frankly im nto even sure if they generate social aggro at all.

His PH is the Guardian that is FD at the bottom of the second spiral ramp. there are 3 other guardians in the same room with many drakes that path through. the drake path is glitchy at best with them walking into walls, falling from the top floor to the bottom floor, then going back up the ramp or teleporting back up to the top. sometimes they teleport back up top just as you cast on them and bring friends back down with them .. pretty lame .. be careful.

There are two "a volcanic drakes" that path through the Oppressor's room. Duoed this camp for several days with my war/clr combo, and found that the best way to handle this camp would be to kill the drakes first, leaving you a 20-25 minute window to med/buff and kill the other adds in the room, and then kill the Argil. The great thing about this camp is that the other mobs in the room have very very short aggro ranges, so you have ample space to move around a bit. After the camp is broken, it's pretty much cake.

Argil has around 100k+ (maybe more?) hp. Took my war/clr combo 6-8 minutes to kill this sucker. Hit my 4.1kac buffed war for 2.2k max, with most of his hits below 1k and the sporadic 1.5k+ hits. Rampages on occassion (single target).

p.s. - As with all ac aug camps, this spot can get boring quickly. Bring a book or something.

Argil Oppressor has always been a white con to level 80 on track. He had 154k HP when I killed him.

What we did was clear the left hall to the large room with the spiral ramp. That was about 5 mobs. Then we cleared the two to three mobs on the first platform and set up our camp there.

We pulled mobs from above and below and pulled the Oppressor also. He was hardly any more difficult than the regular mobs there.

He dropped the 30AC 60HP aug all three times we killed him. He spawned three times in a row and was up when we arrived so I dont know if he has a PH or not since he was always up. His spawn is on the 2nd platform up and was a fairly simple pull to bring him down a lvl for us to fight.

He is slowable and snareable. Normal enrage, single target rampage -- not too often though, he does about standard DPS, he has average HP for the mobs in the area.

The only problem we had to deal with was the first lvl mob repops during fights. We didnt find a safe spot where they wouldnt add and so they were all adds because we were continuously fighting something.

Several ppl in the area were working on a neck item quest at the same time and needed to loot the other quest item.

He is the 2nd golem on the right side of level 3 of the platforms as you creep up that second ramp. We always set up next to the Dervish and pull mobs from above us. His PH is a normal golem that looks just like him.
On the left side of level 3 are the two brimstone guardians and the second one on the left is the PH for the Brimstone Juggernaut.
There are three roamer drakes that come down and go up all four levels and who may add to your fight if you are close to them.
All mobs have an Amazingly small aggro radius while in melee. We can be fighting 12 feet away from the dervish and he wont add. But step next to him to see if he is still alive and you get pounded. Same thing for drakes that roam down the ramp. They may or may not add even though they are 8 feet away from your battle.
Also on that third level a pile of rocks or rubble may spawn right next to Argil. Its light blu to 75, gives no exp, is a destroyable object.

Argil's common drop is the 30AC/60HP aug thankfully. PPl hate to see that collar when they could have gotten the AC aug. He always drops a powersource, and often some kind of junk trash item or a vendor gem.
