I was lucky enough to get two of them at light blue to a level 27, and spells had no effect whatsoever on them while they were in the water...

Not sure if it is a bug or intended, but for the longest time now you can only hit stuff that is in the water with spells if you are in the water with them.

Sees invis, have had it aggro twice while running by pond with much higher level characters, so also pretty aggressive for its level
