After finishing skullcups he just says he doesn't have anything for someone of my abilities when asked about spirit. 80 Rogue dubious faction
He wouldn't give me whatever quest [spirit] is for, without Skullcups done. I'm nearly done with that now (just need 2 more cups, grr). Hoping that Indiff is enough faction.
