Talk to Farmer D`Resh in Crescent Reach: -1628, -1526, -87 (first level; as far south as you can go; last door on the right). Loot and turn in 4 of these, you get a level 65+ healing potion that's usable at level 30: "Potion of Recovery"
If you can get this at 25, I can hardly imagine what kinda powerful potions you get at level 65.
