Prove Your Worth quest to talk to Osh`vir the Windspirit.

This council member like all others has a drakkin breath quest as well, you start your quest with her QUEST NAME : REAKASH'S SERENITY

Obtain water sample from pond in grove.

Purchse windchime from merchant wynlas

Obtain waterfall mist in a jar of the windspirit bought from wynlas.

Quest: Reakash's Serenity.

This is the quest you get in order to speak with Osh'vir. If your Drakkin colors match.

Obtain a water sample from a pond in the grove and return it to Councilmember Reakash. This is found on the bottom of the pond at +446 -1003 and is called: Sample of Pure Water

Purchase a wind chime from Merchant Win'las and return it to Councilmember Reakash. Wind chime costs 0 and Merchant Win'las is at loc. -1397 -1523

Collect a sample of the water fall mist in a Jar of the Windspirit you can buy from Merchant Win'las. Jar of the Windspirit costs 0 see above for Win'las location. Go the the Moor side of the zone water fall is at approx loc -1664 -2410 just swim around and your task will update. Watch for the undead fishermen they will attack. Jar of Mist appears on your cursor.

Return Jar of Mist to Councilmember Reakash.

Done will see the following text:

Reakash s satisfied that you have begun to understand Osh'vir and the focus of her mind and magic that embrace the serenity and peace that comes in all things encompassing air and water. She is confident that you may now speak with Osh'vir without fear of repercussions.
