Today we camped Darkfell Gnolls for about 4 hours to get mage summon spells. Unfortunatelly, we didnt get mage spell, but got Tome of Blinding Flash Rk. II (for rogue) and Spell: Healing of Uluanes Rk. II (for Beastlord).
Dropped 71 Mage spell Prime Shielding Rk. II today.

I think in the last patch Sony nerfed the drop rate,or did away with it completly.havent seen any spell drops after 12 hours of killing Gnolls.Use to get 1 about every 4 hours

Oh its nerfed alright,spent a week here now and pushing 800-900 kills and got 3 lousy spells.One which poofed from inventory after logging out.Would like to tell sony a thing or two but im not quite ready to have my account banned yet=/
At level 71 there are 2 dark blue con of these - they are linked/pets of Hunter Groppa. Dunno what they drop as the trio dropped me...

Please add Rng-spell sunderock springwater Rk2,Nec-Shield of darkness RK2, and Bst-Diregriffon's Bite Rk2. got all 3 in about 2.5 hrs of mass murdering gnolls with a 74 mag and 70 nec. Not a camp for great xp but can solo the camp at 70+ pretty easy with 2 - 70+ toons can clear 80-90% of the gnolls pretty fast, med, rinse and repeat......Hopefully this will find my pet toys........=-p
After a total of 5 hrs.+ at the gnolls camp i have gotten a total of 4 spells here all lvl 71 RK2 series ... but still cant find my pet toys.....If anyone knows of an easy camp for the pet toys pls post...Thanks

Sony doesn't seem to want those spells in the game. I mean think about it:
Camp light blue mobs for hours and hours and hours, getting miniscule experience, and still don't get the spell drops you are looking for. That way, the people who perma-camp these mobs can sell the extremely rare spells for 100-350kpp.

I have killed these for 7hours and didnt seen any drop, but got 7 torn from the other Darkfell gnolls (elders. warriors, etc).
