these guys are able to use Stonefist, though I don't know how it is caused, since they frequently "begin to cast a spell," but no follow-up message after, and they haven't hit me yet... could be a short range...

EDIT: Also, I have yet to see one below yellow at 60, so I don't think these are 55-60, but I don't have enough info to dispute it...
