Pungla is at -336, -335 in Neriak FQ, to the east of the Bull Pit in the Ogre/Troll section.
She beat me at lvl 14 like nothing. Conned me black, but I couldnt get even 1 bub off her. =|

This NPC sells a drink called a Flaming Pungla, which is a copy of the Flaming Clurg (Clurg, the bartender/leader of Oggok). If you wait, she will go into a back room where you can kill her and retrieve her head, which you can give to Clurg for an ogre war maul or some large ringmail pieces. She is NOT a merchant (giving her 3 gold will get the Flaming Pungla drink though), so she will drop the head. Faction hits are Dark Bargainers, Dread Guard Outer, adn Dread Guard Inner, all negative, but they're not THAT serious (I woulnd't risk doing this too many times though), I killed her twice and no conns have changed yet.
She hits for a consistant 30 points of damage and is very hard to hit. I, a lv 18 Shadow Knight, was reduced to half a bubble of life, but killed her with Harm Touch.
