If correct (that this mob is the hotzone added mob) then it is from a much later era so shouldn't be on TLP version of Kunark. The loot having req & rec level is a clue as well (that and it is way better than mid range Kunark gear was in era).
Found him at 30, -505, -33.
[b][/b]we got the buckler tonight from sk watchman my frist time in basement fighting! tryed to pull him alone got rest of room as adds took about 5 mins fighting them as spawns started to respawn in room we where camping out.

Never seen it spawn on progression servers... don't think the Skyfire hotzone nameds spawn there either. =(

Yep exactly 1 hr respawn timer. cons Indiff if u have never killed him. Has no PH. Tried to solo with 50 necro. PWND cuz of adds. Loged on my 70 paly owned him fast. 2 kills, first boots, 2nd buckler. Happy necro. Avg price on Zeb/Xe is 3 to 3.5K. Happy hunting. Killed him more later. Buckler, Boots Boots. Wheh he has the shield u will know cuz it is equiped. GL

Spawn time is exactly one hour, rare drop is shield as mentioned above, common is boots.
Found it on track today while slumming for VS thought I'd go find it.

Spawns in the basement of the castle with the undeads.
He runs at low health.
