It says that this weapon rack is locked.. It is located in a cubby just outside of Vule's room at loc -50, -60, -1100. As a level 80 rogue with max lockpick skills and cheirometric lockpicks (skill 370), I was unable to open it. A Shaman tried magically unlocking it and it did not work as well. The rack is also unattackable. If anyone has any ideas on getting this badboy open, drop a hint.
