More info. Could not seperate him from his two guards, yeah, he quad hit my monk for 2200s and none of our 70ish group's slows or mezzes could stick.

He is not a level 80 mob, he cons dark blue to me at 75.

He seems to be on a fairly quick respawn timer. I don't know how quick, but obviously less than 2 days.

Is he a level 80 mob? Looked like he was max quadding for around 3K on a Pally tank with 3K AC.
