Killed him last night. Dark blue con to 74 rogue, Roots like crazy and Summoned right off the bat, max hit was 983 on 2100 AC , tried him solo a few times and just got Owned, call for back up, 73 cleric, got pather Add and Both of us owned, then grbbed 73 Shammy, and Got revenge Fairly quickly. Without Add cleric would've been enuff. Dropped Mark of vision and Urn. Good luck , hope this helps someone

This guy appears to be random, at least the three times I killed him. He WILL run and is immune to snare/root. Pull him to the Easternmost end of the valley under relic ZI so you have space to burn him down. Good luck with your Orbs and Spirit Marks, folks.....
