Solo'd him today. Fun fight indeed.
Before i aggroed him i clicked on my epic 2.0 for taps while fighting, clicked on my Silvery Two Handed Axe from old man raid equipment, ran in, tossed HT, Swarm pets, and then turned on my Visage of Death.

With all those going i was able to take him to about 85% health before he had all buffs and my Visage of Death dispelled. So from that point on i stuck to melee, passive tap aa's, and lifetaps + Dire Implication here and there.

Solo he took me close to 45 mine or so. If not a few mins more or less. Was a fun fight for sure. Came close a few times. But i did have discs, spells, and other things in my ******* that kept me alive. Did not use merc either. Which made it more fun.

He is by no means a wuss..... he's one pain in the ***** My guild wiped on him... three times.... but there is a learning curve.

Infusion of the Faithful helps with most of the AE's ... except the fear and the spell debuffs.

Do not fight him out in the open. Pull him into the corridor and into a corner. This should be done by a Pally. Casters can cast from a distance. They can also stand around the corner to help avoid some of the dmg....

Infusion won't block everything but it helps keep the casters alive. I also recommend if you have it, to use your servant to help in healage for your person.

The 2007 version is level 75.
