Does anyone know where these spawn nowadays after Mistmoore revamp? Have been hunting the camps at Lesser Faydark for a couple of weeks now without avail.
If anyone has a spawn loc, time or PH, would be appreciated.

Hate to be the one to break it to ya, but EVERY mob in the game swings at 30 dly, unless their delay is modified magically, with an item, or just because they're very high level.
k u say all the mobs in the games have a 30 dly.. evertry to go to echo caverns and fight needtites .., whicch are niether high level, and dont have magic casted on em, and don't have weps, but they hit at a dly of at least 19

this is hands down the most annoying tank in MM (not counting Xicotl anyway).
I have been hit melee style for up to 87 pts of damage, and these guys swing as fast as my 30 delay weapons. yeowza.
on the other hand, a good DS is their downfall. get one from the local druid, and enjoy the fight :)
